San Diego State changes its mind

Then: "Welcome to SDSU we hope you have fun running around at the last minute and finding a place to live."

Now: "maybe we should provide some housing for our poor students who have a hard time finding a place to live, especially in this day and age when rents are up and people are still moving in and the chances of affording a house is slim to none."

Then: "no, everyone drives in San Diego."

Now: "hey, we have ourselves a trolley station!"

Then: "no, we believe an education is your first priority."

Now: "but it's a lot easier if, say, you have a place to live, that doesn't eat up all your loan money, so you can instead spend your loan money on clothes and magazines and downtown dinners like NORMAL people do."
