Why I like Coronado:
It's clean.
It's an escape from all things San Diego.
It doesn't pretend to be a cute little beach town, it just is what it is, a wealthy little island town.
There's lots of places to eat.
You can rent a bike for two people and bike around all day long just talking.
It feels like a vacation...
This weekend we've got the Coronado Speed Festival. Who knew Coronado has a need for speed?
The Coronado Speed Festival gathers together racing history's most unique and pedigreed machines at one of the most distinctive stages, Naval Base Coronado, the birthplace of Naval Aviation, on October 6-7, 2007.
