The San Diego Market Prognosis is looking up, according to some people. In fact, it looks like we're at the worst of this housing crunch thing (maybe) and if you look at the new information out there, well, more sales are happening and the median income for San Diego is 69,700 dollars, per year. I'm blaming Rady (again) for driving up the Median income. I took a statistics class, I know that in figuring out this Median thing they must have (hopefully, more than likely) thrown out those numbers that would skew said outcome toward a higher number, also likely they threw out some super low numbers, again, skewing. But really, San Diego Median Income is 69,700 a year? Most people are apparently walking around making 69,700 a year?
These people are not bloggers (trust me).
Anyway, according to this article, the San Diego housing crisis is on it's way up next year, probably, maybe, but it's hard to predict these things, even those he's predicting it. Heck, you could even buy a place for 310,000 at this point... I'm waiting for 250, come on 250, 250, walking distance to the beach, safe, garage parking...
May be waiting a while.

Are we at the low point of the San Diego housing craziness? (And can we get a list of the jobs these people with this MEDIAN income are doing?)
