Hairstylists in the San Diego area will be taught how to spot the signs of domestic abuse so they can guide their clients to help, under a program launched today by the county. The "Cut It Out" program trains salon professionals to recognize the warning signs of domestic abuse and then discreetly refer clients to a national help hotline.
Way to think outside the box San Diego County. Now about that whole alcohol on the beach thing...
